The Rhode Island Writing Project (RIWP) is a network of teachers dedicated to strengthening teacher well-being and professional practice. The RIWP has provided supportive events and professional development opportunities for teachers as well as programs for students since its establishment in 1985.
Our students benefit from a new state-of-the-art facility, made possible by a $25 million dollar renovation, and the 50+ school and community partnerships we have nurtured.
