Thomas Kociela, Orchestra Conductor; Dr. Donald St. Jean, Chorus Director. Join us for a collaborative concert between the Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Chorus and Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ Symphony Orchestra, with vocal and instrumental soloists.
Featuring choruses and solos from The Creation by Haydn, alongside the Gypsy Chorus from Bizet's Carmen and selections from Offenbach's The Tales of Hoffmann. The program opens with Nielsen’s Helios Overture and Dvořák’s Violin Concerto in A minor, featuring soloist . Also featured is a traditional African American spiritual.
